You do not have to be home. In fact, most of our clients provide us with entry to their homes. *We cannot, assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own employees; therefore, we ask that you stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.*

If you chose to provide us with keys to your home, rest assured that we take the utmost care in protecting both your keys and home. Keys are numbered, never named, and left in home as instructed.

We bring our own equipment and supplies so you do not have to. It also helps us keep every clean consistent, because our team trains on the products and tools we use.

Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. We can provide proof of insurance at the time of service. Certificates are also available upon request.

It is highly recommended to hire professional individuals or companies who can meet your specific needs and provide proof of their insurance in case of accidents or losses. In the event of any damages, our team will leave a detailed note in your absence and take steps to repair or replace the damaged items. It is important to point out any valuable or sentimental items and only clean them yourself. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for items that are not properly secured or fastened during the cleaning process.
