Q: When do you clean?
A: Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(Saturdays are available fee to be discussed)
Q: Do I have to be home when you clean?
A: You do not have to be home. In fact, most of our clients provide us with entry to their homes.
*We cannot, assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own employees; therefore, we ask that you stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.*
Q: How do you handle keys that are given to you to retain?
A: If you chose to provide us with keys to your home, rest assured that we take the utmost care in protecting both your keys and home. Keys are numbered, never named, and left in home as instructed.
Q: Why do you furnish all the equipment and supplies?
A: This is done for two good reasons;
Not to burden client and relief of possible insurance claim if Neat Technicians are adversely affected by products provided.
All technicians are trained in the use of each proven cleaning product & equipment.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. We can provide proof of insurance at the time of service. Certificates are also available upon request.
Q: What if something is damaged while my home is being Cleaned?
A: Hire only persons/companies who have considered your needs. In case of accident or loss. A professional that will be able to provide you with proof of their .
Q: What if I do not want my whole home cleaned?
A: We will work with you to customize a service plan.
Q: What should I look for in a cleaning company?
A: You are inviting someone into your investment/ home and the lives of your family. We recommend that you hire licensed, bonded, and insured providers. We recommend that; cleaning techniques and products suit today's modern surfaces.

Q: What if something is damaged while my home is being cleaned?
A: A detailed note is left in your absence. Arrangement will be made to replace or repair damages. We asked that all valuable/ sentimental items be pointed out and only cleaned by the owner.
Note too we cannot be responsible for items our cleaning or are not fastened I secured properly.
Q: Do I have to do anything before you come to clean my home?
A: It is advantageous to have the home picked up as much as possible allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your cleaning.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you contact us with your concerns within 12 hours of our cleaning we will return at our expense to make corrections.
Q: How do I pay for my services?
A: Online payments are made in full. A deposit is required for service requested to verbally confirm the appointment. The deposit will be applied to your invoice. We accept debit & credit card payments.
Q: I have pets, what do I do with them when the cleaner is present?
A: We are firm believers that pets are family. Our team is pet friendly and to assure their safety . Pets that are nervous around vacuums or raucous noise we suggest for them to be put away.
