Dishwashing and bed-making services are upon request. For the safety of our clients, we do not transport vacuum cleaners and brooms from one location to another. Clients must provide their personal vacuum cleaners and brooms.

Service Description

This method allows for an estimation of the service time needed. The non-refundable convenience fee for this option is $25.00. The payment will be deducted from your service invoice.


Cancellation and Service Policy

CANCELLATION DISCLAIMER Please be advised that all payments and deposits for scheduled services are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly. Therefore, the canceled appointment may be rescheduled for a later date at your convenience. Kindly note that the new appointment date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original cancellation service date. If rescheduling does not occur within this timeframe, the payment for the service will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For subscription members only: Weekly & Bi-weekly clients incur a $25.00 fee without 12 hrs notice. ACCESS AND NO SHOW DISCLAIMER For scheduled services, it's essential we have access to your home at the agreed time. Please ensure a key is available if you're not present, any security codes or entry instructions are communicated in advance, and pets are secured with any obstacles removed. Failure to do so or to ensure home access will result in a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full hourly rate of the service booked. HIGH -PLACED LIGHT FIXTURES DISCLAIMER We prioritize the safety of our team and the quality of our service. Therefore, we do not clean high-placed light fixtures due to the inherent risks involved. If you require assistance with cleaning high placed light fixtures, we are happy to refer you to trusted third-party professionals who specialize in this service. Please feel free to reach out to us for recommendations, and we will connect you with qualified experts who can safely and effectively meet your needs. CLEANING PRODUCT DISCLAIMER We understand that some customers prefer to use their own cleaning products with our services. While we respect this choice, please note that we cannot guarantee the results when using products not from our verified selection. PRE-SOAKING POLICY To ensure the most effective cleaning process for our clients, we require a pre-soaking policy to be in place. Below are the guidelines for our pre-soaking policy: Clients must identify any areas or items that require pre-soaking during the booking process. This includes the external surface of the oven/stove, the refrigerator, the internal of the microwave if not fully cleaned previously, tough grease on any appliance, etc. ​ Clients must allow at least 1 hour before the scheduled cleaning appointment for the pre-soaking process to take place.
