If you chose to provide us with keys to your home, rest assured that we take the utmost care in protecting both your keys and home. Keys are numbered, never named, and left in home as instructed.

It is highly recommended to hire professional individuals or companies who can meet your specific needs and provide proof of their insurance in case of accidents or losses. In the event of any damages, our team will leave a detailed note in your absence and take steps to repair or replace the damaged items. It is important to point out any valuable or sentimental items and only clean them yourself. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for items that are not properly secured or fastened during the cleaning process.

Online payments are made in full. A deposit is required for service requested verbally to confirm the appointment. The deposit will be applied to your invoice. We accept debit & credit card payments.

We are firm believers that pets are family. Our team is pet friendly and to assure their safety . Pets that are nervous around vacuums or raucous noise we suggest for them to be put away.
