Neat Walk Thru
Our focus is to meet client high expectations of a neat clean home. Once services are completed together, we will walkthrough as "4eyes are better than 2"! The goal of NATURALLYNEAT is to assure clients satisfaction BEFORE leaving the site.
Neat Travel Fee
Required garage parking is an additional fee at the client's expense
Services outside of Philadelphia may incur an additional fee
Delaware…………….$40.00 -$50.00 depending on location
New Jersey………….. $30.00-$50.00 depending on locations
New York…………….$100.00--$200.00 depending on location
Areas not mentioned will be considered upon request
Neat Policy
A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm verbal appointments. Deposit is deducted from services rendered. Online appointments are paid in full
Final payment is due at the completion of service. Payments not received by 8pm on the same day of service will result in an additional $25.00 late fee ($10.00 penalty applied daily thereafter)
MAINTENANCE CLEANING SERVICES
Clients will choose from the following services for the best usage of cleaning time reserved...
Neat Kitchen:
Countertops/backsplash/stovetop cleaned (items removed and replaced)
Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and polished . Outside of the oven ( inside oven cleaning extra cost) dishwasher, outside fridge, microwave inside & out, complete dusting of wall art , shelves, fixtures, blinds, windowsills. floors vacuumed/ swept , mopped and Trash removal
Neat Bathrooms:
Tubs/sinks/chrome/countertops/mirrors/shower and glass cleaned.
Toilet cleaned (inside and out). Any shelves, pictures,
fans, fixtures, blinds dusted.
Floor vacuumed/ swept and mopped
Neat Bedrooms:
Furniture dusted top/sides/front ( to be effective must be 50% uncluttered) dust blinds , ceiling fans, vents, windowsills , lampshades, mirrors cleaned and vacuum
*Linens changed at $5.00 additional per bed.
Neat Living Room and Other Indoor Rooms:
Include dusting of all furniture, fans , vents and lampshades.
Clean glass tables and mirrors, clean floors /vacuum.
*Surfaces 50% cluttered cannot be serviced
Neat Hallway Stairs:
Vacuum and or mopped, stairs
dusted and artwork etc....

Minimum 2hr appointment when scheduling
Rates to be determined for the following;
Front Doors (inside/outside)
Closets Organizing/ Inside Ovens
&
Refrigerator cleaning
Due to any unforeseen occurrences an appointment time maybe changed
(every effort will be made to accommodate)
12-hour notice is required for cancellations
Same day cancellations forfeit deposit

Weekly & Bi-weekly clients incur a $25.00 fee without
12hr notices
Service includes the cleaning and equipment provisions for homes requiring additional cleaning supplies/equipment will be billed to client
Weekly & Bi- weekly client's checks returned by the bank
will incur a $35.00 fee ( paid before next service date)
Technicians must be able to work without distractions
We assume NO liability for damages or loss to items not properly secured. (example: wall art & fixtures)
Items of expensive cost and or of sentimental value are to cleaned by owner
Several cleaning visits may to needed for items and areas that have not been maintained or deemed unsalvageable
Great efforts will be made to remedy these cases
We do not refund for services completed after walk-thru issues reported 12hrs after service will be considered for a revisit ( client must provide photos)
