Service Description

This kit includes: One-on-one Consultation with Mrs. Neat and TeamNeat (1) Customized Logo Design (1) Customized Double-Sided Business Card Design (1) Customized Flyer Design (1) Landing Page Product Information: Branding bundles take up to 12-14 business days to be completed upon purchase (Weekends and holidays excluded). After placing your order, you will receive a form via email which will allow you to give a description of your design, as well as include any images to help illustrate your ideas. Each design will include a PNG and JPEG file which will be provided via email after the proof has been approved by the client. The client will receive (1) proof and is allowed up to (3) modifications which include juxtaposition (color), orientation, and font changes after receiving the initial draft, any revisions outside of this will result in an additional $14 fee. The design will not be revised after approving the official copy and may not be edited by another designer.

Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised that all payments and deposits are non-refundable for scheduled services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly. Therefore, the canceled appointment may be rescheduled for a later date at your convenience. Kindly note that the new appointment date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original cancellation service date. If rescheduling does not occur within this timeframe, the payment for the service will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For subscription members only: Weekly & Bi-weekly clients incur a $25.00 fee without 12 hrs notice.
